This is good to aid indigestion. Lots of enzymes from the pineapple and the mint helps settle the belly from gas.
- 4 inches fresh pineapple
- 1 fresh apple, seeded not peeled
- 1⁄4 inch fresh ginger
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- Start with ginger and mint pushing through with hopper follow with pineapple then apple.
This was ok .. It was way too minty so I tripled the other ingredients (except the ginger), and added a bit of sugar .. thank you for sharing
Love this juice and it's so very good for you. Pineapple is an excellent fat burner and the ginger and mint make it very tasty. Totally recommend this. Thanks for posting.
