Quick and easy to make. You can make it with your favorite fruit.
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup self rising flour
- 2 cups any dried fruit, that has been cooked (e.g. raisins, cherry pie filling, cooked sweetened blackberries etc.)
- Stir milk, flour and sugar together.
- Pour into a buttered pie pan.
- Pour fruit on top of batter.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
