This is not a bad potato salad. I always like making new kinds so this was an interesting one to make. I'm not too sure about the zucchini in this recipe, but I liked everything else about it.

Sorry, but I really didn't care for this at all. It sort of tasted like unseasoned egg salad with zucchini. I added more mayo, doubled the amount of onions, potatoes, and tripled the horseradish to make it better.
