- 709.77 ml sliced leeks (white and tender green parts)
- 709.77 ml peeled roughly chopped baking potatoes
- 1419.54 ml water
- 7.39 ml salt
- 118.29 ml creme fraiche
directions
- Bring ingredients to boil in 3-quart saucepan.
- Partially cover, and simmer 20-30 minutes (until veggies tender).
- Season to taste.
- Serve as is or puree Top servings with dollop of creme fraice (or sour cream).
