- 916.78 ml unbleached all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 9.85 ml cinnamon
- 2.46 ml allspice
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 4.92 ml salt
- 207.01 ml canola oil
- 5 bananas, mashed
- 118.29 ml unsweetened soymilk
- 1 applesauce
- 9.85 9.85 ml rice vinegar or 9.85 ml apple cider
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 10 dried figs, chopped (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lightly grease 2 loaf pans.
- Cream together sugar and oil. Add wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Add figs (optional).
- Split batter between loaf pans.
- Bake for 70 minutes.
