- 2 1⁄2 lbs boneless pork roast
- 1 cup minced pepperoncini pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried mustard
- 3 cups chopped broccoli or 3 cups spinach or 3 cups asparagus, steamed
- Put all ingredients except green vegetable in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve with steamed vegetable.
