- 1 tablespoon whiskey
- butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon green peppercorn, drained and crushed
directions
- Add whiskey and small amount of butter to skillet. Heat high. Add peppercorns. Reduce heat to simmer and add cream and dijon. Stir well.
