  • Heat overn to 375.
  • Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, corn syrups, melted utter and mix thoroughly.
  • Place pean halves in unbaked pie shell and pour pie mixture over them. Cook 35 to 40 minutes, until center if sirm and top is browned. Cool before cutting.
  • Note: Oma uses ready made pie shells or frozen, either will work. Also can change pecans for walnuts.
