Best Pecan Pie Ever!
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup pure butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups pecans
- Bake 325°F for 30-45 minutes.
- Makes two small 8-inch pies or one 9-inch deep dish.
Taste great but had to cook longer than recipe called for.
I have used this same recipe for over 30 years. I had misplaced mine and thought I would check here for it....Ther it was!!! If you are looking for true Southern Pecan Pie...This is it!!!! Thanks for posting! Sweetz
