This is my mother-in-law's famous pecan pie recipe. It is easy to make and packed full of flavor.

YUM ! Pecan pie is by far my absolute favorite pie in the whole world. I added about 3/4 cup of pecans rather than 1/2, but kept all else the same. I've got one of these in the freezer already - it was sooo good. Thanks for posting - this one's a keeper !

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thoroughly blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
