Fast and refreshing vegetable and fruit salad
- 2 ripe pears (any variety)
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- lettuce leaf (optional)
- Core the pears and cut into small bite size pieces.
- Split the cucumbers in half length-wise and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoons
- Slice cucumbers into thin slices.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
- Serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
