Peanut Butter Protein Granola

Simple recipe using protein powder
Directions:

Melt the margarine, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.

Add vanilla, salt, and protein powder.

When mixture is well combined, add the rolled oats and raisins, if desired.

Spread onto cookie sheet or 13X9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool in the pan.

Break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Very Very good. I waited to add the raisins until after removing from the oven. In this way they don't become hard. A great way to use your protein powder. I can see vanilla working equally as well. Thanks for this great find~!
Update...yes...the vanilla whey powder is equally as delicious. :-)

This sounds REALLY delicious and healthy. There are no eggs or milk so I'm going to try a different method. Mix it all and roll into balls instead of baking it.
THANKS for the great recipe.
UPDATE: I made the balls but had to add more peanut butter and a little more honey. I also used dried cranberries instead of raisins. Delicious!
