Peanut Butter Gravel Balls

"This recipe started as rice crispies treats, but as I started adding healthier ingredients it has evolved into this little treasure:) Any dried fruit can be substituted for the dates, and crunchy peanut butter can be used instead of smooth. Cooking time refers to refrigeration time, and the servings depend on how large you make your balls."
