  1. Cream butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla.
  2. Stir in peanut butter.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Press with fork.
  6. Bake 10 minutes in 325 degree F oven.

Ya got a winner here! I've used a million different PNB cookie recipes over the years, but this one's the best. The cookies have a nice texture, and, unlike many other PNB recipes, the cookies are not too sweet. I use natural-style PNB, so I added fresh-roasted peanuts, chopped up, for extra taste and crunch. This is hubby's fave cookie; I make it all the time now. Thanks Mrs. Hughes!
