I call and asked my mom for this recipe about twice a year.
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup dry milk
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄4 cup raisins or 1⁄4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- wheat germ or coconut or crushed nuts
- mix together with your hands.
- roll into balls.
- roll in wheat germ, coconut or nuts.
Yum! I made these for a snack today and they are great! I used crunchy peanut butter and used Rice Krispies instead of oatmeal cuz I couldn't find any oatmeal around the house. Next time i think i will omit the vanilla. Nonetheless, these treats were very yummy, thanks for sharing!
These are great! I actually rolled my in crushed corn flakes though. It's a perfect snack for my son who has hypoglycemia.
