A creamy pea salad!
- 2 (8 ounce) cans peas, drained
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup Miracle Whip
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Drain peas, chop eggs, add all ingredients to bowl and stir. Chill!
This is a great summer salad everyone loves!! So quick and easy to make too!
This was fantastic! Everybody loved it. especially the kids - my 13 year old son wouldn't let go of the bowl! I also reduced the number of eggs to four, and used frozen peas, but the rest stays! Thanks so much!!
Take out the eggs and onions. Replace them with a diced apple and cheese.
