- Cook pasta until Al Dente, Keep warm.
- Heat oil in 10" skillet, over low heat.
- Add garlic, cook slowly and gently till light gold.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley and basil.
- Add hot pasta to skillet, toss to coat evenly.
- Serve Immediately with Parmesan Cheese.
- Enjoy.

i never had this till i was in my 40s-my sicilian father said it was peasant food& so it was not made by my parents. a dear friend (italian) told me to save a little of the pasta water to add, because the cheese sucks up the oil, and then its too dry. just add little by little till you like the consistency of the sauce
