Pasta With Chicken and Broccoli

"This is a fast & easy recipe and I've also used it with shrimp. I also added sauted fresh mushrooms and used ½ whole wheat pasta."

  • In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Saute garlic for about 1 minute, until golden, stirring constantly.
  • Add the chicken stripes and saute until white and almost completely cooked.
  • Add the broccoli and saute til tender, then add the sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  • Add the wine, then the broth and butter and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with chicken mixture. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

  1. This was enjoyed by the whole family!! So easy to put together. I used 1 cup of chicken broth because I had no white wine. I did add a little more chicken broth to the skillet when the broccoli was cooking to help it along. I added the basil with the salt and pepper. I think next time I will use red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Thanks!
