    Directions:

    1. 1
      Cook pasta as directed on packaging. Once pasta has cooked, start to prepare the sauce.
    2. 2
      To prepare the sauce add tomato puree, basil, parsley, salt, sugar and red wine into a saucepan. Boil and reduce to simmer, 20 minutes.
    3. 3
      Put pasta in bowl and place sauce ontop.
    4. 4
      Garnish with the cheese and fresh basil leaves.
