  1. Thank you for a lovely simple potato dish. Next time I make this I will try adding some crushed garlic or some garlic pepper just because we are garlic-a-holics in our house LOL. Cheers & happy happy cooking from JenT

  2. Last night, we had this dish with steak and a garden salad. It truly was a lovely side dish. So very easy to make. I used fresh parsley and real butter. This dish really complimenetd the steak. We will be keeping this recipe. Thank you again for another lovely hassel free recipe.

  3. These were wonderful. I cut the butter to 5 T. and added lemon zest. I also mashed the potatoes coarsely with a masher just to give them a little more texture. We needed salt on these. Great dish, everyone loved them!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
