  • Slice chicken breasts into smaller strips. In a small bowl combine water and egg. In another bowl combine all dry ingrediants.
  • Spray a medium size casserole dish with non-stick spray. Then take each chicken piece and dip in egg then coat in dry mix and place in pan.
  • Melt butter and pour over chicken. Cook until chicken is done all the way through on approx 400 degrees.
