This was one of my mom's favorites. It's like a puff pancake, she served it with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.

  1. Melt butter in 8x8 pan.
  2. Mix other ingredients and pour into pan.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  5. Serve with syrup or fruit.
