My recipe featured in Southern Living. This came from a local caterer.
- Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
- Wrap bacon around each oyster, and secure with a wooden pick.
- Place oysters on broiling pan; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- Spread 1/8 tsp.
- mustard on each oyster.
- Broil oysters about 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes.
- Turn and broil an additional 2-3 min.
- or until golden.
- Yield: about 12 appetizer servings.
