- 1 (10 inch) package tortillas, 10 count (I use flour)
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce (can be either red or green)
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce (buy the stuff in the jar)
- 1 - 1 1⁄2 lb hamburger
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle green taco sauce
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can black olives, .or more (sliced)
directions
- Brown the hamburger. Drain the grease and stir in the bottle of taco sauce. Mix 2 cups of the spaghetti sauce with the enchilada sauce. Dip tortillas in the sauce.
- Layer a tortilla, hamburger mix, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and onions. Repeat.
- Makes two stacks of 5 tortillas each. Top with cheese, onions, olives and tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
