  • In a large skillet heat the olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.
  • Add the onions and apples to the skillet and cook on med until soft.
  • Add the maple syrup and cider vinegar and simmer for 10 mins or until chops are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cream, heat through and serve.
