  1. We had a bag of orange roughy in the freezer that I needed to get rid of so I tried this recipe. It was excellent. I followed the recipe except coated the bottom of the pan with olive oil to bake. The sauce was delicious. Will definitely make again.

  2. This is a GREAT recipe! I just made it for dinner tonight. It was quick, easy and very, very tasty. I thought it was a tiny bit too salty but my husband thought it was perfect. I guess it would all depend on your salt tolerance. Make it and enjoy!

  3. I love this recipe!!!! My husband does not care for orange roughy in general, so I use the same sauce over tilapia. I personally LOVE orange roughy and this is wonderful!
