Orange Ginger Marinated Pork

  • In a seal lock bag, mix soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic. Add pork and let marinate in refrigerator overnight up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven grill or BBQ.
  • Removed pork from marinate and place in grill dish.
  • Put in oven about 3 or 4 inches from heating element and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix mustard and orange juice and brush over cooked fillets.
  • Enjoy!
