Orange Ginger Marinated Pork

- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup sherry wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger or 1 teaspoon dry ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 pork fillets, 600g
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
directions
- In a seal lock bag, mix soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic. Add pork and let marinate in refrigerator overnight up to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven grill or BBQ.
- Removed pork from marinate and place in grill dish.
- Put in oven about 3 or 4 inches from heating element and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix mustard and orange juice and brush over cooked fillets.
- Enjoy!
