ingredients
- 1 cup olive (kalamata or green, not marinated)
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup pomegranate concentrate (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sumaq
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- whole dried chili (optional)
directions
- Mix all the ingrediants and it sit at room temp.
- for about an hour and serve.
