  • drain olives, saving juice for later.
  • beat cream cheese until almost starting to fluff.
  • combine all ingredients except for olive juice.
  • refrigerate overnight, covered, allowing flavers to develope and blend.
  • adjust texture and flavor with reserved olive juice and possibly lemon juice.
  • Service on crackers or you can stuff celery.
