The most disappointing sugar cookie recipe I've ever tried. First, the dough is very sticky even after refrigerating overnight. Make sure you use plenty of flour (or 1/2 flour and 1/2 confectioner's sugar) to roll them out. Second, they puff up so much that it totally obliterates the design on our cookie cutters. If the flavor made up for it, I wouldn't mind so much, but we thought they were rather blah. A few of us thought they were kind of like a white cake, but my husband said it was like eating a biscuit. I definitely would not bother making these again.
