- 157.80 ml shortening
- 78.78 ml brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 59.14 ml corn syrup
- 236.59 ml flour
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 354.88 ml oatmeal
- 236.59 ml dried cranberries or 236.59 ml frozen cranberries
- 59.14 ml pecans
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cream shortening, sugar, corn syrup, and egg 1 minute with mixer til creamy.
- In separate bowl mix flour,baking powder and salt.
- Add to cream mixture.
- Stir in cranberries,oatmeal and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Drop by tablespoon until greased baking sheet.
- Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden.
