  1. The recipe was GREAT. I just threw in a few extras for my own =) I used whole wheat flour, came out GREAT! I also added a full cup of coconut, and 2 tbsp of flax seed, and a vanilla bean! YUMMY! The kids and I ate a whole dozen together =) Then I sent the rest of them off w/ my hubby to work the next day. All the guys (military) LOVED them and I have meny requests for more! Thanks for a great one!

  2. Excellent cookies! Just the right amount of "loft," yet crisp edges.

  3. These are AMAZING!!! I made these twice in one week. I used half wheat flour and half all-purpose flour and I used light butter. I will make these many more times! Thank you for one of the best cookie recipes!

  4. Delicious! 5-stars all the way!

  5. If you are looking for a new way to dress up your oatmeal cookies, this is a great way to do it! Moist and full of fun in every bite! I used mini M&M's to replace the mini chocolate chips for our Christmas tray and otherwise made as directed. Next time I make these, I will use parchment paper instead of the foil w/spray as I believe in my oven the bottom of the cookie browns a little quickly on the foil. I feel all the amounts given are perfect and properly balanced. Thanks for another winner, Kittencal!
