  • Prepare grill. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Pull husks back from corn, and scrub silks. Brush butter over corn, sprinkle with spice mixture. Place corn on grill rack; grill 12 minutes or until done, turning corn occasionally.

  1. This made for a wonderful veggie side to Recipe#427734! DH and I both loved the spice mixture on this, and DH was particularly happy about this being grilled rather than boiled. Just a light sprinkling of the seasoning was needed to keep this from being "dusty", so I had enough seasoning left over for a few more ears of corn. I liked mine with some extra butter, too, but that's just my preference with corn on the cob. I'll definitely be keeping this on hand for all that summer corn the landlord gives us from his garden, thanks for posting! Made for The Hot Pink Panthers for ZWT9
