An easy noodle salad that goes well with BBQ's and picnics. This recipe is my mother in-laws and we get her to make it all the time.
- 250 g dried shell pasta, cooked via packet directions
- 1⁄2 red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 green capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 grated carrots
- 425 g corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped german salami
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
- How easy is that!
