Nice side dish for just about any meal.
- 1 (8 ounce) package fine egg noodles
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1⁄2 lb margarine
- 2 cans onion soup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- In a frying pan melt butter and brown noodles until golden brown, careful not to burn.
- In 2 1/2 quart dish mix all ingredients and add fried noodles.
- Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
