Noah would eat this every day if I would make it. I add green onions, crumbled bacon, veggies- be creative. The crust is amazing.

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and 1/2 tsp salt into a large mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup butter. With your fingers, rub butter into flour mixture until it is broken into very small pieces. Add 1/2 cup cheese and toss lightly. Make a well in the flour and add milk. Stir just until dough adheres. Heat oven to 400. Spray pizza pan. Flour fingers and spread dough evenly onto the pizza pan. Bake 11-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Prepare and set aside the toppings. Top pizza with toppings and return to oven to continue baking for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve hot.
