ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) box of organic low sodium vegetable broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can of organic crushed tomatoes
- 5 -6 organic red potatoes, diced with skin on
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 ounces of frozen organic lima beans
- 8 ounces of frozen organic mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of whole wheat orzo pasta
- couple dashes garlic powder
- many dashes black pepper
- couple sprinkles of course sea salt
- water, if needed
directions
- Basically all I did was throw everything into the pot at once and start simmering. It might take 30-45 minutes, and poof you have soup.

I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling, Christian mother and wife. So obviously time with family and playing with the kids is high on th elist of priorities for me. I eat a vegan diet, about 65% raw. I love music, especially worship music. I also like classical. I love to cook, bake, prepare, and eat food! Making new dishes is my entertainment. I thoroughly enjoy reading, mostly non-fiction with topics such as parenting, homeschooling, or health. Oh magazines are a favorite too. Exercise is important to me. I prefer walking outside, and doing pilates in my living room. I do some mild weight/strength building as well. For destressing and release I blog online and journal (actually with paper and pen). I also enjoy watching The Renegade Health Show on You Tube. That's pretty much me :)
