My Egg Salad
- boil eggs on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- rinse eggs under luke warm running water while removing the shell.
- mix in the mayo,relish,salt & pepper.
I made this up today to have for tomorrows lunch (wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves) but had a little taste test and what little I had I really enjoyed and I am so looking forward to lunch tomorrow. I used a sweet mustart pickle relish and reversed the amount of salt and pepper as this is what I prefer. Thank you Darkslight for a lovely egg salad recipe, made for New Kid On The Block.
