My Birthday Strawberry Cake

ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box white cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 3⁄4 cup corn oil
- 3⁄4 cup frozen thawed out strawberry (reserve 1/4 cup juice for the icing)
- 4 eggs

Icing
- 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup softened margarine
- 1⁄4 cup strawberry juice
directions
- Mix cake mix and dry jello together by hand.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Pour into three 9 inch cake pans that have been buttered and floured.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
- Let cake sit for at least 10 minutes before removing from pans and allow to cool completely before frosting.
- For the icing, mix all ingredients together, and frost onto cooled cake.
