Mustard Sauce

"This is a must have with Ham. We no longer can eat ham without it."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup mustard
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1⁄2 cup chicken flavored bullion cube
• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup butter

directions

1. Mix mustard, sugar and flour together.
2. Add eggs, bullion and vinegar.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until it starts to boil.
4. Remove from heat and add butter.
5. If lumpy, strain.
