  • Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor.
  • Sautee garlic for about 1 minute.
  • Add mushrooms and green onions.
  • Sautee for 5 minutes.
  • Add wine, thyme and oregano and stir until sauce thickens.
  • Pour parsley-oil mixture over mushrooms and mix together.
