Easy, no fail and delisioso, especially with prepared pie crust.
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup whole pecans
- In bowl, whisk the eggs lightly.
- Add all ingredients one at a time, blending as you add.
- Stir in pecans with a spoon and pour mixture into unbaked pie crust, use a 9" pie plate.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour, let cool completely and keep in fridge.
