Monkey Bread

  • Mix sugars & cinnamon in gallon plastic ziplock bag. Reserve a 1/2 cup of the sugar mixture to the side.
  • Cut biscuits in quarters.
  • Roll biscuit pieces into the cinnamon-sugar mixture in the ziplock bag.
  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  • Grease bundt pan well! Disperse coated biscuit pieces into the pan.
  • Melt butter. Mix in the reserved 1/2 cup of sugar mixture. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute until syrupy.
  • Pour butter evenly over top of all the biscuits in the bundt pan.
  • Bake in 350-degree F oven for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool for a few minutes. Use a butter knife to release the edges from the pan. Place a plate over the pan and flip it out.
