- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 (7 1/2 ounce) packages refrigerated pilsbury buttermilk biscuits
directions
- Mix sugars & cinnamon in gallon plastic ziplock bag. Reserve a 1/2 cup of the sugar mixture to the side.
- Cut biscuits in quarters.
- Roll biscuit pieces into the cinnamon-sugar mixture in the ziplock bag.
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
- Grease bundt pan well! Disperse coated biscuit pieces into the pan.
- Melt butter. Mix in the reserved 1/2 cup of sugar mixture. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute until syrupy.
- Pour butter evenly over top of all the biscuits in the bundt pan.
- Bake in 350-degree F oven for 45 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Use a butter knife to release the edges from the pan. Place a plate over the pan and flip it out.
