    Chef SuzyQ's Note:

I got this great recipe from a site called So yummy. The sour cream helps to keep these light, like cake, but the bananas make it super moist. This is a great way to use up over-ripe bananas. I put them in the freezer and just thaw them when I'm ready to bake. Works great!

Add dry ingredients and blend one minute. Sitr in nuts and spread in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes -until light brown and center springs back to the touch (don’t over bake). Cool and frost with Browned Butter Frosting.
