  1. In a large pan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned.
  2. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cheddar and serve.
