My always made this for us when we were little. Reminds me of a 50's retro style dish!
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 20 ounces fruit cocktail, drained
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 10 ounces maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- Mix sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a casserole dish and freeze.
