  1. Put oil in bottom of saucepan. Add minced garlic. Brown garlic in oil.
  2. Add all canned tomato products.
  3. Mix in about 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Sprinkle parsley, oregano and basil evenly to coat top. Stir.
  5. Add chunks of pepperoni to add flavor.
  6. Top off with a splash of table wine.
  7. Let simmer, stirring often.
  8. The longer it simmers, the better it tastes.
