Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the onion, tortilla chips, turkey, 3/4 cup salsa, egg, cumin, chili powder and salt. Blend together until well mixed.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape each one into loaves on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top each one with 1 tbsp salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
