36 cupcakes
ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (28 ounce) jar mincemeat
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 cups corn flakes, crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 36 candied cherries
directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cherries. Line cupcake pans with paper liners or use triple thick paper liners on cookie sheets. Spoon a level measuring tablespoon of batter into each liner. Top each with a cherry half.
- Bake in a 300F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
