Source: Pillsbury - Mini muffin pan bites pop over with cheesy flavor.

  1. Heat oven to 425°F
  2. Spray 24 miniature muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place muffin pans on cookie sheet.
  4. Add 1/8 teaspoon oil to bottom of each cup.
  5. In small bowl, combine milk, egg and egg white; beat well with wire whisk.
  6. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  7. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  8. Add flour; beat until smooth.
  9. Stir in cheese.
  10. Place pans on cookie sheet in oven for several minutes to heat.
  11. Remove cookie sheet from oven; quickly divide batter evenly into hot muffin cups, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  12. Bake at 425°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until popovers are puffed and deep golden brown.
  13. Immediately remove from muffin cups; serve warm.
